Returns & Cancellations

Your order is custom built to your specifications and cannot be returned for any reason other than warranty repair or replacement.

If the blind arrives defective, damaged or blue even though you ordered black - we will take care of it for you and at no expense to you. If you make a mistake in measuring or you are having second thoughts about the color - no refunds or returns will be accepted or granted.

We can make a new blind at a discounted price but the mistake will have to be returned to the manufacturer before a decision to repair, replace or discount can be made.

When it comes to color selection you have the option of ordering samples before you order the the blind so unless you receive a completely different color than what you ordered no refunds or returns will be accepted or granted.

Within moments of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation. This is your final chance to review what you have ordered and to make sure your measurements and color selection is correct. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact us immediately.

Cancellations
Orders placed on Friday after 1:30pm EST will not be processed until the following Monday provided it is not a holiday. In addition I hold all orders for 24-hours to provide customers with an opportunity to think it over after receiving the order confirmation. Because of the speed in which your order is processed we cannot accept cancellations after 24-hours.

Claims
If an order arrives damaged and it is not the result of faulty craftsmanship or materials (blind dropped by freight company) you have 30-days to contact our office so a claim can be processed. This is the freight company's policy and so if you contact us after the 30-days have expired there is nothing we can do about it

Installation
If you are not comfortable installing your blinds please contact a professional in your area. Because if you install it improperly, damage the blind during installation, or hurt yourself for that matter Accent Blinds & Shades and our parent company Limb Corporation are not responsible. And if the blind is not installed properly or it is damaged in the process of installation the warranty is voided.
