The award winning Shangri-La™ DoorStyles Shadings give French doors, transoms and sidelights a look of sheer perfection without a bulky head rail. They attach to the window frame or door with unobtrusive hinges and tilt open and closed with easy to install hardware. An operating handle allows the fabric to tilt open and closed.
Shangri-La light filtering fabric collections are available with DoorStyles Window Shadings. Coordinates perfectly with Shangri-La Sheer Horizontal Shades for beautifully coordinated rooms
Rails and end caps on Shangri-La DoorStyles Shadings are matched to the fabric color. Hinges and operating handles are available in three colors: white, brass and silver. White is standard.

This shade does not have a lift cord and does not raise or lower like a standard shade. Instead, the tilt-handle is used to open and close the vanes for privacy and/or view out. The tilt handle is secured to the center of the headrail.
Length Considerations
Comfortex will fabricate your Shangri-La DoorStyles to the exact length ordered when the vanes are in the open (or view through) position. When the vanes are tilted to the closed position, the shading will become 1-3/4" longer. When closed on an inside mount or when used with hold down brackets, a slight puckering may occur.
CLEANING AND CARE
The soft and delicate feel of Sheer Horizontal Window Shadings belies the durability of the material. Sheer Horizontal Window Shadings are made of sturdy, knitted polyester fabrics and may be feather dusted or vacuumed at a low suction setting. Spots or stains can be rubbed clean with a damp sponge and mild soap. To avoid discoloration of the material, we recommend against the use of chemical cleaners. If necessary the shading may be ultrasonically cleaned by a professional.
All knitted fabrics experience weave variations due to heat, humidity and other room conditions. These variations can result in slight bowing, puckering and dimpling of the Sheer Horizontal material. The possible variations are minor and have been shown through case study not to detract from the beauty of this product.
